Art portfolio has at least five (5) and no more than eight (8) art pieces submitted as digital images and/or video files

(If it applies) Digital images are uploaded separately in jpeg, png, tiff and/or heic format OR images are compiled into a presentation in a pptx and/or pdf format

(If it applies) Video files are uploaded in mp4, avi, avchd and/or flv format

Each art piece contains the following image title: Artist's first and last name, Title, Art medium(s) and Dimensions (if it applies) or Video length (if it applies)

The artwork and accompanying application materials submitted is my own original artwork;

The primary means of communication regarding scholarship award results will be through email - notification of scholarship selection will be via email by 2/21/2025;

If selected as the winner of the 2025 ARTsmart Art Changes Lives Scholarship, they must provide their student ID number, a contact name and address of the admission's department of the student's chosen college or university; if you transfer or enroll in a different college or university within the four (4) year scholarship period, you must update ARTsmart on the above information;
